Poetry Dinner from Hackney Unemployed Workers Action

Hackney Unemployed Workers Action Group present an evening of delicious Indian food, live spoken word and DJs on Monday 21st September 7-11pm, Pogo Cafe, 76 Clarence Road, Hackney, E5 (google map)

Featuring:

  • Kate Tempest - inspirational young MC-poet from South London
  • Jonny Fluffypunk – the ‘pastoral nihilist’ famous for his comic insight born of bitter experience
  • Angry Sam – rebellion between the lines

Plus more to be confirmed.

The night is to raise money to support the unemployed in Hackney – £3 donation on the door.
